OUR STORY

Anna Kate started up AnnaKateFitness by accident in 2015. She initially went to school for elementary education, wanted to be a kindergarten teacher and had a passion for teaching. As she completed her internship for childhood education, she realized that type of industry with such a low ceiling is not where she wanted to be. At the time, she was just doing personal training part time, but quickly filled up to become a full-time personal trainer. In 2017, she introduced online training to AnnaKateFitness, and from there, it has grown to a team of 5 coaches, and over 150 clients at all times. Each coach has the same philosophy/mindset as Anna Kate, to keep the team collectively on the same page. It has been such a joy to work with as many people as we have over the years, and more to come.
