Shawnmarie has been working with coach Becky for the past 8 months. 

 

Shawnmarie has been the female winner for two of our 12-week Shred programs, and, overall since she started with us, is down 30.2 pounds, 12 inches around the waist (WOW), 5 inches down around the hips, and 3 inches down around her thighs.
